Rare and beautiful Rolex 5513 Submariner from 1989 (L series).

The Rolex Submariner 5513 L-series is the last series of the 5513 ever to be delivered. Shortly afterwards, the 5513 was replaced by the sapphire crystal variant "Submariner 14060". This example is in an extremely rare and excellent condition.

For a 31 year old watch, the case still has very nice and wide horns. The distinctive horn cut and the identically small bevels make this watch look much younger than it really is. Even the horn bores are very sharp and not, as is unfortunately usually the case, polished in by improper preparation.

The tritium hands and the tritium blade are also in a very good condition and match perfectly in terms of color. Depending on the incidence of light, the tritium appears in a wonderful shade of vanilla, which makes the 5513 an absolute HIGHLIGHT, especially in the evening sun, for example on your own terrace or during an evening stroll!

The bezel ring and bezel insert show no signs of use and therefore fit perfectly with the case of this watch. The tritium pearl in the inlay has aged a little darker, which is absolutely not uncommon and gives the watch an additional pinch of vintage charm ...!

The watch comes with the chronologically correct Oyster bracelet 93150 with the correct 580 lugs. The closing code is: D7 (1989). The tape has no noticeable stretch and thus fits perfectly into the overall picture. Do not miss the chance to secure a wonderful and coveted piece of history, because this state is now extremely rare.
